Husband to Jane, Father to Will, Joe and Ashleigh, I have been leading worship for twenty-eight years, fifteen of those at Greenville Nazarene. My formal education came from Olivet Nazarene University and Indiana University. My practical education comes from having served six congregations in three states.
I love creativity in all its forms. I love art and artists, and I especially love how the Creator gives gifts uniquely to each one of His people. My special role, as Pastor of Worship & Arts at Greenville Nazarene, is to find in our people the gifts they’ve been given and help them find ways to express them in worship. It’s just glorious when that happens: in the congregation, in small groups or one worshiping individual.
I enjoy motorcycle riding and traveling, and am truly thrilled when those are combined. I love my family and anything I can do with them. I am an avid reader, music hobbyist and technology enthusiast. My number one passion is the Bible and rediscovering its truths each and every day.
